Fine-tuned generative adversarial network (GAN) on the artist's Snapchat memories, GIFs.
Making Memories explores the use of a generative adversarial network (GAN) on Snapchat memories exploring the lack of coherent output images produced from a small dataset and limited computing power. Through digital drawings overlaid on the outputs, this piece explores the creation of meaning from ambiguity and the experience of understanding data that does not make intuitive sense to the human mind.
